Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All Bayou & Bows orders are made with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary once your package is in the carrier's possession.

Free Shipping:
Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Local Pickup:
Free local pickup is available in Baton Rouge at our designated Siegen Lane meetup location. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2–4 days.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received your ready-for-pickup notification and your pickup time has been confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please include apartment numbers if you live in an apartment. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Bayou & Bows is not responsible for carrier delays. If your tracking shows an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
